Our work began with Ruanyun in 2012. Working with schools and educators, we developed assessment systems and learning resources for everyday teaching. Those systems and relationships remain central to our education business.
Our history
Formind Group is the proposed new name of Ruanyun Edai Technology Inc. (Nasdaq: RYET). Ruanyun Edai Technology Inc. remains our legal name and Nasdaq-listed company.
We developed learning and assessment systems through Ruanyun, working with schools on everyday teaching needs.
We established Ruanyun Edai Technology Inc. in the Cayman Islands—the holding company that later listed on Nasdaq.
We became a Nasdaq-listed company, trading under the symbol RYET.
We brought our business areas together under the proposed Formind identity and expanded our content and learning work through YeeZo and YeeZo University.

Soft Cloud Smart Technology Company is our wholly owned Saudi subsidiary. Through this entity, we are developing education and institutional technology services for the region.
Formind Global Holdings Sdn. Bhd. is our wholly owned Malaysian subsidiary. It is a separate entity from our listed issuer.
