The Formind identity gives us a clearer frame for international expansion, technology commercialization and a broader set of operating activities. We intend to seek shareholder approval; the proposed Nasdaq symbol FMND remains subject to shareholder, corporate, Nasdaq and administrative approvals.
What stays the same
Our history in education data, assessment, AI processing and school-facing workflows remains central to our business. The proposed Formind identity brings a broader portfolio together around institutional operations, applied intelligence and international education.
Until these changes take effect, our legal name remains Ruanyun Edai Technology Inc. and our Nasdaq symbol remains RYET.
