Overview
Smart Campus Services brings together the daily services that support university life in China.
Launched in September 2025, the business covers managed dining facilities, campus retail and student services, with responsibilities agreed for each university. One customer, Nanchang Institute of Science & Technology, is a related party: its legal representative is a shareholder of our VIE, and it accounted for about 11% of our FY2026 revenue.
Day-to-day operations
Our work includes both directly operated services and management arrangements with institutions. In directly operated dining facilities, responsibilities include food procurement, daily preparation and service, inventory and facility management.
Under campus-management agreements, we provide ongoing administrative oversight, logistics and operational support for the facilities and activities covered by the agreement.
Merchant and student services
The wider service scope can include settlement with third-party campus merchants, dormitory utilities and other student-life processes. These activities involve coordinating services and the associated transaction records across the university, its users and participating operators.
Each arrangement defines which services we manage and which remain with the institution or other providers.
